Mason jars are such a huge trend nowadays. Everyone loves them because they can be used as so many different things- vases, storage containers, candle holders, soap dispensers and so much more. Living at my grandparents old place, they have several in the basement. They used them for canning food just like they were intended to be used for but not me! I decided to use them as a way to serve my Valentine's Day dessert. I realized Mason Jars actually create the perfect serving portion. I know, Strawberry Shortcake is usually a favorite summer time dessert but who says you have to only enjoy this during the warm seasons? Whether you are hosting a Valentine’s Day party, sending the kids with treats to school, or simply just wanting a delicious after dinner dessert to share with your Valentine, these Easy Mason Jar Valentine’s Day Trifles are perfect!
