Nothing says “I’m on vacation” more than a tootie fruity drink in hand. But these pineapple cups aren’t just for vacations! You can enjoy them at home too. Things you'll need

  • Pineapple, Duh!

  • Knife

  • Cutting board

  • Bowl to put insides in

  • Spoon

  • Beverage of choice

  • Garnishes

  • Straw

Instructions

  • Remove the top- First cut off the crown of the pineapple.

  • Removing the insides- This part is a bit challenging! The easiest way to remove the inside of the pineapple is by cutting a circle around the middle. Make sure you leave enough space around the sides. Then start making cuts, I made an X. Scoop the rest out by spoon. You will continue to make X's throughout. I would also recommend having a damp wash cloth near by just in case you would like to wipe your hands throughout the process. If you are as messy as me, you'll need it! It can be very sticky! You can either discard the insides or keep some of that fresh juice to mix in with your beverage.

  • Fill- After you hallowed out your pineapple, fill ‘er up with your favorite fruity drink.

  • Finishing touches- Not done yet! Finish it off with cute garnishes. I added a  juicy strawberry to the outside rim as well as a little umbrella.

  • Finally- Enjoy!
